Is there a difference between whey protein concentrate and isolate?
Yes, there is significant difference from the two. Whey protein isolate is the purest and most concentrated form of protein available. It contains at least 90% protein by weight, whereas whey protein concentrate can contain anywhere from 29 to 80% protein.

BCAAs such as leucine, isoleucine, and valine are important for active individuals and athletes. The body requires more BCAAs during and following exercise as they are absorbed directly by the skeletal muscles.
